Days Like These EP
This EP represents my songwriting journey from beginning to now. I hope that my music reminds others of the joy in little things.
“Daisy” is about a girl from a small town who makes the choice to stay there. It’s the second single off my upcoming EP Days Like These.
“Blue” is about a boy who often wore a certain color. It’s the first single I released off my upcoming EP Days Like These.
“You’re A Thousand Miles Away” and “By the Sea” will both be on my upcoming EP! These recordings are early versions of the songs.
“Dance With Me” is a theater song I wrote for an NYU collaboration between composers and vocal performance in 2019.
Concert music:
“Snow Angel” is a piano solo I wrote because of an assignment from my professor to write a piece about the weather.
“Turbulence” is for flute and electronics. Inspired by the concept of Terry Riley’s “In C”.
“Early Bird” is the first piece of music I ever wrote. It was 8th grade and I was stuck at home because I was sick and couldn’t go on a school field trip and I decided to fiddle with the piano.
“As the Bluebird Flies” and “Empty Space” were both written during my time at Interlochen Arts Academy from 2017-2018. Bluebird is for string ensemble or string quintet. Empty Space is for flute, french horn, cello and timpani.
I wrote and performed “Ladder to the Moon” during my time at Interlochen Arts Camp in 2017.
“Escape from Puzzle Island” and “Journey to a Lost Time” were written and recorded in Studio A at Interlochen Public Radio during my time at Interlochen Arts Camp in 2017.
